Andy Weith, with ASW, started working with us when we implemented the TWL barcoding module to our SX.enterprise software back in 2010.  Andy has proven himself as a very good partner within our software and programming support group to keep our systems coordinated, and not just ‘up and running’.  

 

As we brought our six branches live with the software, Andy was instrumental in making the whole process work in the way in which we intended.   We have drawn on him at various times since then to continue training with our employees in order to maximize the software. Most recently, we conducted our first TWL physical inventory at all our branches and once again, ASW has proven integral in the success of that process.

 

The transaction detail and history now available through TWL, and how we use that data with Andy’s help, has helped us monitor and improve the transaction throughput of our staff and enables us to identify areas for improvement.
