Andrew Weith


Founder Andrew Weith had a "ground up" start in distribution and software implementations working for a distribution company replacing legacy Enterprise Resource Planning and Warehouse Management Systems simultaneously.


With more than 15 years of experience leading software implementations, operational audits, and process redevelopment, Andrew is a highly respected thought leader in the industry.

Andrew continues to focus on challenging the status quo by running and growing ASW Global Consulting.

Tony Bruckler


Tony has over 20 years of experience in business management, process improvement, project management, and software implementations. His operational business expertise spans accounting, procurement, transportation logistics, sales, and warehouse management.


Tony started a parts and field service company which he later sold to a leading distributor. As VP of Operations at this distributor, Tony used his leadership and problem solving skills to implement policy and procedures, and enhance software utilization. These projects included implementation of a Warehouse Management System in 8 locations, providing the operational support for the company’s 200% growth over his 10 years of service.

Lauren Bruckler


Lauren has been a member of the ASW team since 2018. She has a background in operational improvement, project management, and regulatory compliance. As a Specialist in Safety and Health and a registered OSHA Trainer, Lauren also assists clients with safety and health initiatives.


Prior to her work with ASW, Lauren consulted developers on green building practices and energy code compliance. She maintains the designation as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional and enjoys promoting synergies between operational excellence, safety, and sustainability.

Raghav Verma


As an IT professional Raghav brings 10 years of industry experience and exposure of managing multiple clients and domains. Raghav started his career in 2011, as a Project Engineer, with Wipro Technologies. During his 5 years with Wipro, he had the opportunity to work with clients from the US, Sweden, and Australia.

Raghav has worked in areas such as Order Fulfillment, CRM, and Energy. In November of 2016 he moved to JK Technosoft Ltd. and since then has continued working with US doors and windows manufacturing clients, supporting their ERP requirements on Progress 4GL.

On the personal side, he is married to Harshita Verma. She is a banker. When not working Raghav enjoys traveling, sports, and exploring culinary delights.

Sara Weith


Sara comes to the world of leadership from a very unconventional background. 

She has 16+ years experience in change management and project leadership across her many roles in both medicine and consulting. For ASW, she is a subject matter expert on Change Management and Leadership, often speaking,  presenting, and holding roundtable discussions on related topics. Our typical project involves many people and many moving parts - project management is CRITICAL!

Sara has learned that Change Management & Leadership are both vital to long term growth and progress for businesses.

Eric Cetnarski


Eric Cetnarski, MBA has more than 25 years experience in operations leadership, project management, business process improvement, and strategy.  He has worked as partner manager for Oracle Essbase and implemented a pioneering mobile data collection platform for The Nielsen Company.

Before joining ASW, Eric led a successful ‘turn-around’ initiative for a west coast university.  His leadership and operations skills helped stabilize business processes, identify revenue/savings opportunities, and establish a working culture with high retention and productivity rates. Eric is also a small business owner and teaches leadership development, change management, and organizational resiliency.

Brian Munday


Brian is an example of starting on the assembly floor and working your way through every job in the warehouse! His twenty years of experience in warehousing, distribution, purchasing, project management, and software implementations, helps Brian to see all sides of a problem to come up with creative and complete solutions. 


Continuous improvement is not just a slogan for Brian.  If you don't find him working with our clients to improve operations and solve their problems, you will find him finding ways to improve his personal skills on a ski hill somewhere training for an Obstacle Course Race!

Henry Cheng


Henry brings extensive knowledge and supply chain leadership experience in various large scale operations including managing onsite supply chain activities of a leading hospital in Toronto, ON. 

His thorough understanding of warehouse operations and years of experience using SXe/TWL allows him to relate and understand the needs of customers.  Henry implemented and standardized a comprehensive cycle counting process that resulted in improved inventory accuracy, efficiency and the elimination of costly annual inventories at a leading distributor of plumbing supplies in the GTA.   

Henry successfully led multiple warehouse facility relocations requiring an immense amount of strategic planning and coordination with seamless results between internal and external partners.

When not at work, Henry enjoys fishing and spending time with his 2 kids and wife at the cottage.

Alex is a versatile professional with a unique background. Bob Cloutier


Bob has over 30 years of experience in guiding distribution and manufacturing businesses to maximize their resources.  His engineering background and passion for problem solving allow him to work with clients to solve business problems as well as directly develop software solutions.

His understanding of technology and business has enabled him to lead IT projects that span: Warehousing and Warehouse Management Systems, Truck Routing / Logistics, Purchasing, EDI, Customer Relationship Management systems, Accounting, Sales, eCommerce, Labeling solutions, Automation solutions such as VLM / Carousels, 3rd party integrations, Infor CloudSuite Distribution, Document Management and Forms software packages and more!

Since 2018 he has worked as a Business Consultant / Software Engineer.  Prior to that Bob spent over 20 years as Director of Information Technology at a wholesale distribution company leading projects and doing software development.

Don Green


With over 30 years of Distribution and Supply Chain management Don brings a passion to seek effective balance between People, Processes and Technology that leads to profitable growth. His career has spanned various verticals such as Electrical, MRO, Safety, Power Equipment, HVAC, Plumbing, Power Generation, Automotive and Energy to name a few.

Don is recognized by his peers for his thought leadership through various software user communities where he was actively involved in shaping future software enhancements and utilization through the eyes of the end users.

First seeking to understand, then to be understood has been Don’s foundational approach to positively impacting efficient operations across all facets of business.
